Featured Shoe: Manolo Blahnik Uliepe Yellow

This post is all about the pictures.  I love these pretty Manolo Blahnik Uliepe pumps.  The shape classic, the heel height is perfect for walking around a while and the color is striking - canary yellow.

Mine came from Barneys where they still have a few other colors.  The yellow is still there too, but in limited sizes.

Pretty and Pink

I've featured these BCBG Caldea heels before but now I can have biggier pictures and I took a video!

I really think they are one of the prettiest pairs of shoes I own.

Featured Shoe: Louboutin Bella Brown

I was surprised when I was doing my outfit post the other day that the shoes I referenced were not anywhere to be found on Polyvore or the web.

They're so cute, I can't imagine why they are so "secret"!

I got these "Bella Brown" Louboutins in May after falling in love with their color, snub toes and pink ribbons. They're like less costume-y ballerina shoes.

One of my favorite details is how ribbon wraps up the back of the heel too.

Now I will be the #1 search for Bella Brown Louboutins on the web. I got these in person at Saks but haven't seen them for sale anywhere else.
It's quite a mystery....

Featured Shoe: Lela Rose Ribbon Heel

I while back I posted about these darling Lela Rose for Payless Ribbon heels but then I neglected to follow-up with an in action post.

They are just as cute in person and actually comfortable.

The flash washes the color out a bit but these have a great graphic contrast.

I paired this with a Mizrahi for Target black trench dress and it was a great work outfit.

Cute. Love the ribbon pinking.

I think the heels are out of stock but as of this writing the flats are still there. Get them while you can!

Featured Shoe: Jimmy Choo Sissy

About a year ago I told this story of how my mother-in-law (Hey Barb!!!) spoiled me rotten by buying me a pair of Jimmy Choo's. This is the other pair... finally!

Funnily, today I'm wearing the same skirt I wore with those other Choos. Different top though.

These shiny metallic-y numbers are a light cafe au lait color and are called Sissy.

They are quite strappy.

Surprisingly, they are also comfortable. There's that architecture for you.

I don't wear these nearly enough. I fell in love with them because of the color even though it's not a color a wear a lot of. I need to find more to pair them up with.

Featured Shoe: Christian Louboutin Very Prive Lace Peep-toe

Today's featured shoe is quite possibly one of the prettiest I own. Let me introduce the Christian Louboutin Very Prive Platform Peep-toe in nude crepe and black lace.

Such a pretty shape - here they are waiting for the Color Study - Neutrals photoshoot.

And from the back they are just sex-ay!

With the red sole they are simply wicked...

It's kind of hard to tell from the photos but they nude crepe fabric is an amazingly delicate pinkish nude that is almost shell-like.

I tend to think they have almost a boudoir feel to them.

I find Louboutins so funny. Almost every pair, even in the same shape, fits differently. These happen to fit but then they get a little loose in the heel in spite of being kind of narrow. Some fit great, some fit loose, some fit tight. Is there no consistency to the lasts they use?

Why such variance?
