I just love how a design is reinterpreted by the designer to appeal to different audiences but then also to all the Brand to sell "exclusives" to a variety of stores.
I loved the Christian Louboutin petal heels in the sandal version of course...
But then these lush peep-toes came out too. They remind me of my McQueen heels and I adore those. This color makes the style even more delectable.
And today I saw the sandals created in flat version. Not that I wear flats a lot but these would great with an airy sundress or even a maxi-dress.
Of the three I think I would have originally said the heeled sandal but now I love the peep-toe.
Which would you choose?
Heeled Sandal at Neiman Marcus
Carnaval Peep-toe at Barneys
Flat Sandal at Neiman Marcus

I would totally go with the first pair. I have a heeled sandal like that but with pearl shell discs and they make me feel sexy. These shoes look like they will have the same effect. BEAUTIFUL!
1. flats (more wear for me)
2. peep toe (i love the back end ruffle)
xo
i would go with the Christian Louboutin's. They have a certain airy lightness to them that the others tryied to get but it didn't really translate.
Peep toe hands down. It makes me think of Nike and having feathered/flowered wings on my heels.
I'd go with the heeled or flat sandal. Both seem more wearable than the peep toes, which are gorgeous in their own right. It seems like Louboutins require walking lessons of their own...alas it may take me years to find out :)
peep toes for me please! x
Lurv the shoes. Although my roommated did point out that it could look like you have a growth on your foot if you're not careful about the color contrast with your skin.
Also, I know I'm kinda late in this, but I was wondering if you could send me an invitation for the site where you got that Valentino coat/dress (the red one with laser cuts)
The original!
Have you seen them in person? I went to Neimans to buy the first pair but I was very disappointed when I saw them. The quality of the petals is not good. They flopped weirdly and you could see the stitching where the petals were attached to the shoe. It was a little better in black, but the workmanship didn't seem worthy of the price (or the brand).
I am torn - I love all of them! But am partial to the flats and the sandals...
It would be the peep toes for me. Those are delicious.
And really sexy too.
LizBeth - I haven't had an opportunity to see them in person. It would be sad if the quality isn't up to par. I'll have to get to a store to inspect them personally.

The first pair all the way.
I adore the flats! But, I'm awful at wearing sandals that have heels. For some reason I just am never drawn to wanting to put them on my feet...hmm...
I hadn't seen the flats before. As devoted as I am to CL heels, I'm very taken with the flats...

I love all three pairs! I probably wear heels more, but I do need more flats... I'm so bad with choice!
check out my blog - I've just started a shoe design course, and I'd love some feedback!

The one with the flowers on the heel is my fave.
Has anyone seen something similar but cheaper? Love this shoe but really don't want to spend this much on a party shoe! Know of any good knockoffs or something similar?
I remember seeing these in eLuxury emails...the petals are so gorgeous! I'm not sure how they would look on the feet, though.
I really love the flats and the heeled sandals. there's a really airy feel to those styles...the peep toe would probably look good, too but it doesn't scream spring like the others :D
Really very beautiful shoes collection.
Really excellent and fabulous designs. The colors are beautiful.
