So I got them.I tried them on. They fit great. Love. Adoration. Etc. Etc.Looked at them in the mirror.Agast! What do you mean these look best on someone a good 4 -5 inches taller than me and on me they cut me off horribly?Sob!
P.S. I quickly returned them so I wouldn't not get more attached than I already was to them. Do I regret it already... yes.: (

Sorry you had to send these back. They really are 2 die 4. But look on the bright side.....now you have some unexpected money to spend on another pair or two or three of shoes you didn't expect to buy....
What a shame!
But I'm not very tall myself, so I guess I understand the problem..!
That couldn't have been easy, giving these back! But I've bought other pairs before with an unfortunate length that I never ended up wearing, so hopefully you won't regret it in the long-run.
Oh no! I'm so sorry, my dear. I think you better buy yourself another pair of shoes quick-sharp to make yourself feel better x
oh no! what a buzzkill after getting so excited for them!
That's too bad, my dear--but I can totally see what you mean about needing to be super tall to wear these...ah well, I'll just stare at this picture :-)
I HATE when that happens. Being short makes finding boots with a good height so hard.
But, are you absolutely sure? There's no way to work with them??? So sad! So very sad!
Aww..that sucks they didn't work. Maybe if they were ankle boots you could've worked them? Oh well you've loads of other absolutely gorgeous and amazing shoes!
Sorry to hear you had to return those boots! But I'm sure you'll find an even better pair of shoes soon. We didn't see our store on your "Where the Money Goes!" list so we thought we'd just drop a line and introduce ourselves (hi!). omgosh! :( I understand why you would return them...I'm 5'2" and some things just don't look good on short gals. no worries no worries *hug* they're a gorgeous pair but with sacrifice comes reward!
Sorry the boots didn't work out - but, if you're still interested in the "look" of the cage shoe but the rise of the shoe doesn't work with your body type, TopShop has a good alternative. It's more of a 'bootie' shoe rather than a 'boot'

Just thought I'd share!
