What do you think? The whimsical shoes from Prada's S/S 2008 RTW show (I love the outrageousness of them and would totally wear them in a hot second)....

I like the interpretation best.
I do like the excessiveness of the runway shoe. I do not, however, like the way her whole foot looks like it's going to slide right out, toe-first.
I'd like to pair the runway shoe with some of the sheer tights that are looking to be popular for Spring. Not the overly patterned socks they used in the show.

Hmm, while I find the excess interesting, I don't think I could wear it. I think the runway-to-reality (ooo, must run and catch project runway) version is very very eh. I wouldn't wear those either.
Oh, I saw the "interpretation" shoes in the store and thought they were great. But you know which I went with! My flower feet are not velvet though..gold leather. I am having a purse issue from the same shopping experience but I am not even ready to confess to that bit of insanity.
If you say you got one of those illustrated purses I may have to come up to NYC and raise the crime rate by mugging you!
