Imitation = Flattery?

If you read Shoewawa at all you may have seen the discussion regarding the Steven Madden knock-off of the Louboutin "Emily" shoe boots (which I am totally in luuuvvvv with). If that wasn't a good enough example of a designer piece being blatantly copied by another shoe line, wait until you see this one.

I know Steve Madden likes to make these copies but at least with the "Emily" he didn't use the trademark signature red sole. Now, look at these two shoes and see if you can see the difference between the two:

I think it's about $800 dollars...and possibly a lawsuit.

but it does make me wonder.. how many shoes are named after me..lol
